Our Mission Statement
Here's The Deal is an innovative, community-based program for persons
with disabilities as well as non-disabled persons interested in issues
related to disabilities. The curriculum will be offered in the local
community.
Here's The Deal stresses personal and social problem solving as these relate to
accessibility for greater independence. Here's The Deal also recognizes that being part
of the community is implicit for everyone, and that the needs and concerns of disabled
and non-disabled community members are similar in nature.
Therefore our mission is twofold: to assist individuals in learning to access services and information and to promote awareness of accessibility and social inclusion issues for the overall good of the community.
